A7A 장비는 다른 종류의 module군 뿐만 아니라 다른 제품 size도 함께 적재 될 수 있는 완전 자동 system으로 구현되었습니다. 최대 635 x 535mm의 제품 size까지 테스트가 가능 하며 8개의 probe head, 4개의 camera가 장착되어 있으며, tension bar의 기능을 활용하여 panel제품 최소 16mil 두께 까지 테스트가 가능합니다. 또한 초당 최대 125측정이 가능한 speed up된 최신 설비입니다. |
