The A7A is atg LM’s second fully automated flying probe test system. This underlines the demand of our customers to move towards ‘lights out’ operation where this system can be loaded with different part numbers and product sizes. The A7A has the capability to handle production panels up to 25” x 21”(635 mm x 535 mm) with an active test area of 24” x 20” (610 mm x 510 mm).The A7Afeatures 8 test heads in combination with 4 high resolution color cameras. Besides routed products additionally the system can be equipped with tension bars in order to test production panels down to 16mil thickness. The high-speed A7A performs up to 125 measurements per second depending on the product under test and test method used. |
